Returns, Exchange & Cancellation

We want you to fall in love with your Sisu The Label pieces, so if your not 100% happy with your purchase you can return it to us and we will provide you with a store credit to use towards a future order or Refund. 

 

What can be returned?

All items except earrings, sale, charity, promotional items and personalised pieces can be returned for a store credit that can be used anytime. Our store credits do not expire. 

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please email contact@sisuthelabel.com with your order number and we will provide you with a return address.

All returns must be sent back to Sisu The Label within 14 days of receiving the product. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail and holding onto your tracking number from the post office.

Items must be returned in unworn condition, in their original packaging. Returns received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process (make sure you get a tracking number) will not be accepted and responsibility will be held by the customer. Once the returned products have arrived at our studio, we will inspect them and process the store credit to you within 48 hours. 

 

RETURNS: Sale items

All sale items are a final sale as per our Terms and Conditions. They cannot be returned to us for a credit note, refund or exchange unless the item received is faulty or your order was fulfilled incorrectly. We do not offer exchanges for ring size.

RETURNS: Pierced Jewellery

Sisu The Label cannot accept refunds or exchanges on earrings or any other pierced jewellery due to health and hygiene regulations. The size & dimensions are provided in our product descriptions and we recommend looking over these to avoid disappointment. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes on earrings unless deemed faulty. 

Returns Using Afterpay

If you have paid for your order through AfterPay, we will issue you with a store credit as we are unable to void your Afterpay payments. Your agreement with AfterPay will still continue and you will be required to pay any scheduled repayments. For more information on AfterPay's Terms & Conditions please click here.

Return and exchange policy

In compliance with Australia Consumer Law, Sisu The Label is not required to provide a refund or exchange if you make an incorrect selection, need a different size or change your mind. This includes payments made with AfterPay. 

If there is a fault with the item you have purchased, we will offer to repair or replace where available otherwise a store credit or refund will be offered. All claims for faulty items are assessed on an individual basis by our independent jeweller and the outcome is at the sole discretion of Sisu The Label. If a refund is required, it will be processed back via the original payment method used to place the order. Proof of purchase is required for any exchange, return or refund.

Cancellation

To cancel your order, please contact us via email at contact@sisuthelabel.com within 24 hours from order placement. Cancellation after the 24 hour period will not be accepted.
