Domestic Orders (Australia)
- FREE Express Postage for orders over $100– Australia Post Express with tracking (1-3 business days)
- Express Postage $10 flat rate for orders under $100- Australia Post with tracking (1-3 business days)
All of our orders are shipped using EXPRESS Australia Post.
The estimated delivery time is 1 - 3 business days, dependent on Australia Post delivery schedule. In many cases, customers in metro areas will receive their package the next day after it is shipped. Regional areas can take up to 3 working days.
Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent with your tracking number. All orders can be tracked online, if you experience any delivery delays please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We cannot be held responsible for loss to your package and postage delays that occur after your order has left our care.
Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. If you enter a PO Box/Parcel Locker address, we will contact you for an alternative address. This may cause delays to your order. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours of contacting you, we will then cancel and refund your order.

International Duties & Taxes
International customers (outside Australia) are liable to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes and any other fees outlined by local Customs authority – payment of these fees may be necessary to release your order from Customs upon arrival. All international packages are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), therefore these fees are not included in the price of goods or shipping purchased on our website. Sisu The Label will not be held liable for any duties or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by Customs. We are unable to advise the amounts of these fees and if any are applicable at all. We advise that you contact your country’s Customs office for estimated charges and rates on packages coming from overseas.
Countries Under Embargo
The following countries are currently under UN Embargo therefore no shipments can be sent to these destinations. Shipments for these destinations will be returned to shipper:
Crimea (Ukraine postcodes beginning with 95-99 and Russia postcodes beginning with 295-299), Cuba, Guatemala (temporary suspension), Iran, North Korea, Sudan (North) and Syria.
